We all have reference points for following Jesus. We have a basis or standard for evaluating or assessing our relationship with Jesus. At times, our approach to following Christ in our lives can appear to be undeveloped and somewhat untested. Perhaps even described as routine and repetitious. In our study today we listen in as Jesus continues to help both the disciples and us change our reference points – for the better. Our checklist of what it means to believe in and follow Christ is being upgraded.
