The Way to Life, Week Five

‘Band width’ has become a metaphor for the mental or emotional capacity required to deal with a situation or add something to your life. Not having the band width to do all that we believe should be done is a legitimate concern as we are finite creatures with obvious limitations. We can only do so much. The 4^th commandment addresses the topic of rest and bandwidth. In this commandment, God provides a way for his people to find and maintain rest.
