Scripture: Exodus 20:7
The 10 commandments show us who God is, what he is like and how to know him intimately. The first 4 are basic to understanding how we are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, strength and mind. The last 6 show us the way to love our neighbor as ourselves. The 3rd commandment directs us in the manner of our worship – reflecting his great name and person.
