     A. Cease & Desist
          1. Every Weight
          2. Clinging Sin
     B. Continue on Course
     C. Center Your Mind on Jesus
     D. Carefully Consider Jesus
     E. Cut Free Your Mind & Soul
     F. Contend with Sin
     G. Call to Mind Biblical Truth
     H. Cherish the Lord's Dicipline
     I. Comply to the Will of the Father
     J. Compete in Disciplined Training to Produce Fruit (1 Timothy 4:7-8)
