A New & Better Covenant

I. This new covenant is ministered by a superior High Priest (1-2)
II. It is ministered in a better place (3-5)
III. It is based on better Promises (6-13)
     1. The promise of God's grace (6-9)
     2. We see the promise of internal change (10)
     3. We have the promise of God’s forgiveness for all (11-12)
     4. Lastly the promise of eternal blessing (13)
