I. Rejoice, Pray, and Give Thanks
     A. Always rejoice.
          i. Rejoicing reflects well on God’s glory.
          ii. Rejoicing in all things is instructive to Satan.
          iii. Rejoicing in all things is instructive to the lost, who do not know God.
     B. Pray without ceasing.
     C. Give thanks in all things.
II. About Prophecy (19-22)
     A. Don’t resist the Spirit’s ministry by despising prophetic revelations.
     B. Don’t believe everything that you hear.
     C. Discern the truth and cling to it.
     D. Discern error and reject it.
