Because He Came

Just about 2000 years ago, God came as a baby. He was born in an obscurity. And yet, His birth and life were anything but normal. Jesus Christ’s first coming has lasting and profound implications for us today and forever. As we reflect this Christmas season of the miraculous birth of our Lord, let us consider how His birth impacts our lives. To do this, we will be selecting passages from Scripture from our 2024 Bible reading schedule that complete the phrase: Because he came we are… May God cause us to worship Him afresh this Christmas as a result of what He has done for us and who He has made us to be as His people.
